Athlete at Work® – How it works

It’s great that you’re thinking about starting the Athlete at Work programme.

Our performance training programme lasts for 12 weeks and is an opportunity for you to build game changing performance for yourself and the business you work in.

You will learn how to tune into your performance to be at your best more consistently and achieve more in the time available to you – all whilst taking greater pleasure in your work.

How it works

With nearly 20 years of changing people’s performance at work behind us, we’re excited to take you on an interactive coaching pathway that will bring the essentials of our performance training programme to life.

You’ll be guided every step of the way, just like having your own coach. It’s engaging and simple to follow. We’ve even included links to supporting content so you can meaningfully apply the lessons learned from Athlete at Work® into practice each week.

As you go through the programme, you’ll build momentum and see improvements as you go. The further you go and more effort you put in, the more you’ll get out of it.

What’s involved

You need to allow around an hour each week to watch the video, explore the supported content and develop your performance training plan for the following week.
